General information

Neos Pyrgos is located 12 km from Edipsos thermal Springs, which is the port where visitors from South Greece arrive (Arkitsa - Edipsos ferry terminal). Neos Pyrgos is located 3 km away from Agiokampos, which is the port where visitors from North Greece arrive (Glyfas - Agiokampos ferry terminal). It is also located 6 km from Istiaia where the municipality headquarters and the public services are based. There, the visitor can find bank branches (National Bank of Greece, Piraeus bank, Eurobank, Alphabank) and many shops with clothing/footwear, bookstores etc. In the square there are restaurants, fast-food shops and cafes.
A basketball court and a football field are situated in a distance of 200 m from Villa Veneti rooms. At the beach of the village you can find a super market for your daily shopping, fish taverns, pizzerias, gyros and souvlaki shops, pastry shops and beach bars.
